The Aqua Gym course is a fitness course in the water that combines the feeling of relaxation from bathing with the benefits of sporting activity. During training, the muscles are heavily stressed by the resistance of the water, but without this additional load being consciously noticeable. However, you not only owe more intensive training to the water pressure, but you also avoid the shock of impact and thus protect your tendons, muscles and joints.

Similar to the Functional Soft Gym, the Soft Gym Stretch serves to support the physical well-being. In the Soft Gym Stretch, in addition to strengthening and endurance-enhancing exercises, the main focus is on exercises that serve to relax and improve flexibility.
Cross Training is the most intensive training of our Functional Training courses and therefore the participants should have a certain athletic experience and be in good shape. Through our specific and functional equipment (Kettlebell, TRX, Dumbbells, Battle Ropes, Tubes, etc.) the intensity of the training is controlled and the exercises are adapted to the participants to achieve the best result.

A trimester subscription for 100€, which, under certain conditions, will allow you to participate in our indoor cycling classes every day. Here are some important details regarding this new subscription: • The subscription is nominative and can only be used by the account holder. • You may attend only one session per day. • You can reserve up to 4 sessions simultaneously. • The subscription does not guarantee a spot in the class: Each session is limited to 15 participants. A prior reservation is required. • Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session starts. • Any reserved spot that is not occupied may result in a temporary suspension of the account holder.
