Ninja Kids – Martial Arts & Personal Development
The Ninja Kids program is based on martial arts and rests on three essential pillars:
1. Fitness
Discover the joy of movement while developing strength, endurance, coordination, and mobility.
2. Combat Sports and Martial Arts
A varied approach combining:
- throwing techniques inspired by judo,
- striking and kicking techniques from kickboxing,
- stick fighting as in Filipino martial arts,
- as well as self-defense techniques.
3. Personal Development
Children and teenagers learn to develop self-control, self-confidence, and team spirit.
Values such as justice, politeness, respect, friendship, and mutual aid are also emphasized.
Additionally, the course introduces health concepts and basic first aid.
This course is designed for children from 8 years old.
