Minimum age: 4 years
Prerequisite:
- Customer: Level 1 course achieved
- New customer: Swimming test for Level 2 achieved (preliminary swimming test)
This course is aimed at beginners who have completed the water familiarization and are now learning the correct swimming technique.
The following 8 points are covered in this course:
- Leg movement (breaststroke) with aids
- Arm movement (breaststroke) with aids
- Coordination of arm and leg movement with aids
- Diving in the deep water
- Leg movement (breaststroke) without aids on the belly and on the back
- Arm movement (breaststroke) without aids
- Coordination of arm and leg movement without aids
- Jump from the starting-block into the swimming pool
As soon as the children have achieved the 8 points correctly, they will automatically (during the trimester) integrate into Level 3 group to continue the learning process.
