Everyone has ever run or jogged, but have you ever tried it in the water?
A special aqua jogging belt, which the athletes wear around the hips, supports the buoyancy in the deep water and thus allows you to keep your upper body upright above water to jog in the pool. Jogging in the water has some advantages over jogging on solid ground:
- The water resistance strengthens the muscles all the more without you noticing the additional effort at first glance.
- The impact, which often causes injuries when jogging, is non-existent during aqua jogging and thus protects muscles, tendons and joints during this sporting activity.
As with usual jogging in the great outdoors, aqua jogging is also a endurance-promoting activity and thus improve and strengthen your cardiovascular system.
The whole training is supported by a dynamic background music.
