The concept of the "Mëttesstonn" (lunch time) consists of a circuit training in which the 5 essential condition factors of fitness (strength, endurance, agility, coordination and explosive strength) are trained over the 5 days of the week. All participants are supervised by an experienced coach.
Depending on time availability, everyone can participate in this training up to 5 times per week for a complete and health-oriented workout.
Between 11:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., you can join the class and complete your workout individually at any time. Depending on the time and fitness level, everyone can determine the duration and intensity of their own training.
