The traditional Hatha Yoga course consists in a dynamic practice of various postures (asana) coordinated with the rhythm of breaths (pranayama). The course ends with long and deep relaxation exercises (yoga nidra). 

Whether beginner or advanced, any adult can participate in the course and benefit from this varied and profound activity.

Yoga transmits wisdom and fresh energy to the participants.
