Stretching

The benefits of stretching cannot be underestimated! Whether experienced athlete or beginner, stretching plays a very important role in keeping the muscles and tendons healthy. It is a workout that relieves the body of unnecessary tension and restores a sense of ease to the body.

During our stretching class we work with different techniques to release the tensions and adhesions in the body. To guarantee an intensive workout we also use foam rollers ("BlackRoll") to specifically work on tense muscles.
