Being regularly active in sports is essential in order to cope with everyday tasks throughout life. The Fitness & Gym 55+ course aims to maintain flexibility and stretching. In addition, these exercises promote a slight build-up of muscles. Sports games, coordination exercises and various sports activities are practiced here. Attention is paid to all the individual abilities of the participants, so that each member can perform all the exercises according to their physical limitations.
The Fitness & Gym 55+ is more demanding than the Soft Gym 55+ course, both in intensity and flexibility and in the difficulty of the exercises.
