Being regularly active in sports is essential in order to cope with everyday tasks throughout life.
The Soft Gym 55+ course aims to maintain flexibility and stretching. In addition, these exercises promote a light build-up of muscles. Sports games, coordination exercises and various sports activities are practiced here. Attention is paid to all the individual abilities of the participants, so that each member can practice all the exercises according to their physical limitations.
