In this course, the deep muscles responsible for posture and stabilization of the joints are trained. The goal is to unite body and mind with conscious breathing and stretching exercises.
Through the Pilates course, tensions can be relieved, posture can be improved and thus leads to a healthy balance of the body.
Through regular participation, the course helps to consciously and self-control oneself and one's body and can thus specifically improve the quality of life.
